The delay. The bad batch. The warranty claim nobody answers. Not your problem to manage.

We fit out your development — on budget, on schedule, without you managing a single factory.

Woodara runs the sourcing, tendering, quality control and logistics behind your interiors, so developers, hospitality operators and construction teams building in Bali get transparent factory pricing and one point of control — not agency mark-ups and scattered vendors.

03Who this is built for

Built for the people who carry the risk on site

Not a furniture catalogue — a control system for the part of your project that's hardest to predict: dozens of vendors, a factory floor you can't see, and a delivery date your own client is counting on.

  • Who this is built for

Furnish 6 to 255 units without hiring a procurement team

Not a furniture catalogue — a control system for the part of your project that's hardest to predict: dozens of vendors, a factory floor you can't see, and a delivery date your own client is counting on.

  • Hospitality & F&B

Furniture built to stay open, and a warranty line that answers

Certified, durable materials chosen for daily commercial use, plus after-sales service — because for a hotel or restaurant, a week of downtime costs more than the furniture itself.

  • PMS & Procurement

A production timeline you can put in front of your own client

Weekly production reporting, interim inspections and a technical partner who catches a spec problem before it reaches the factory floor — not after the container ships.

04Scope of work

Not a vague "full service" — this is the specific list of what's inside a Woodara engagement, end to end.

You keep the design sign-off and the budget decision. We run everything between "approved" and "installed."

One contract. Eight things you stop managing yourself.

  • 01

Factory sourcing & competitive tender within a network of 450+ verified factories

  • 02

Technical specification — your renders turned into production-ready drawings

  • 03

Production supervision — weekly reporting and interim inspections

  • 04

Material and quality testing before anything ships

  • 05

Import licensing, certification and customs clearance

  • 06

Freight and logistics via Jakarta, Surabaya and Denpasar ports

  • 07

On-site installation and a client walk-through at handover

  • 08

Warranty service after handover — one line to call, not one per factory

05Direct vs. Woodara

Going straight to a factory looks cheaper. It rarely stays that way.

Our sharpest edge isn't "we do everything" — independent benchmarking against 8 regional sourcing agencies puts Woodara clearly ahead on the two things that actually determine whether a project ships on time: turnkey installation and after-sales warranty response.

Direct to one factory
  • One quote, no benchmark — you don't know if it's fair

  • Quality control depends on trusting the same factory that's paid to ship

  • You coordinate customs, freight and installation yourself

  • If a piece is wrong or damaged, you're negotiating alone

With Woodara
  • Tendered across 7+ of our 450+ factories — you see the pricing spread before you commit

  • Interim inspections and weekly reporting, independent of the factory

  • Customs, freight and on-site installation handled end to end — 94% turnkey install score, the highest of any agency benchmarked

  • A standing warranty desk — 93% after-sales rating, most competitors score under 10%

06Why volume beats a checklist

You run one project. We've run twelve, at once.

A developer usually has one project running — a large hotel, say, or a villa complex — and leans on an in-house buyer sourcing furniture from scratch for it, against a deadline. We've run twelve projects at once, against the same 450+ factories, on top of 38 completed since we started. That's not a longer supplier list, it's thousands more real purchase cycles than any single procurement team will run in a career: enough to know which factory holds its tolerances and which one quietly substitutes materials when nobody's checking. It also buys a rate no single project can negotiate alone — a factory prices someone ordering weekly, year-round, differently than someone ordering once.

That knowledge doesn't stop compounding when a project ends. We stay inside the same network as buyers running 20-30 years of procurement on these factory floors, and when a developer's project wraps — with us or elsewhere — that experience feeds back into what we check the next factory against. The list of 450+ factories isn't static: it gets more accurate every month because the market keeps talking to us, and we keep testing what it says against our own results.

that price is low or high
07The honest question

Aren't you just a middleman with a markup?

We pass through the factory's price and add a fixed 10% on top of it — not folded into the number. What stays with us is which factory it is: that relationship is built across every client we work with, and it's what keeps the rate down on your next project too, not just this one. We don't gain from a bigger invoice either way — you're free to compare our price against other suppliers, and inflating one quote isn't worth losing a developer we could be working with for the next ten projects. Loyo, PARQ, SWOI, Dodo Pizza and Escape have each brought us more than one project.

The number you sign is the number you pay. Installation, freight and customs are priced into that first quote — if we or the factory missed something, that's on us to absorb, not on you to cover later. A scope change you request is a new line item we agree on together, never a surprise on the final invoice.

08Design that costs less to build

Optimizing the spec isn't the same as cutting the design.

A bloated quote doesn't survive being compared against other suppliers, so proposing one costs us the tender, not just your trust — right-sizing your spec is how we win the work, not a favor on top of it. It comes back in tiers, not one number, because there's more than one way to hit a budget without touching the design intent. On a real 45-room hotel, a moderate pass on construction and materials cut the furniture spec by 23%; pushing further — different joinery, different install method, same nine pieces per room — got to 26%. Original spec: roughly $247,500. Re-engineered: $182,200-191,600.

Your own range depends on what you're willing to trade at each tier and your own materials — this is what it looked like on one real project, not a promised percentage.

From render to final install, in five stages

01

Estimate & tender

You send renders and a spec. We tender it across our factory network and return a comparative quote, not a single price.

02

Technical specification

Your design is translated into production-ready drawings and material call-outs the factory can build from without guesswork.

03

Production under supervision

Our account managers and on-site runners work from the factory floor, with weekly reporting and interim inspections.

04

Logistics & customs

Freight, import licensing, certification and customs clearance handled end to end across Jakarta, Surabaya and Denpasar ports.

05

Final install & handover

On-site installation, client walk-through and a standing warranty line for anything that needs attention after handover.

09How we work
10Before you ask

The questions every procurement lead asks first

What happens if a factory runs behind schedule?

-

Large orders can be split across multiple factories in parallel, so one delay doesn't stall the whole order. Your account manager reports on status continuously rather than at the end of the run.

How do you guarantee material quality?

+

Every order is tested against its stated spec before shipping. We work only with factories that have passed our audit process, and interim inspections happen during production, not just at final packing.

What if something arrives damaged?

+

Our internal packaging standard is built to eliminate damage in transit. When something still goes wrong, it's handled directly with us — not a claims process against a factory you have no relationship with.

We can't find the exact piece we need — what then?

+

Send a photo or reference. Across 450+ factories we can usually match it closely; where there's no match, we arrange custom production against your spec.

How is this different from hiring our own buyer in Indonesia?

+

A buyer sees the factories they already know. We shortlist and tender every order from a network of 450+ factories, plus handle customs, freight and installation — work that would otherwise mean hiring a logistics team as well as a buyer.
